Hi bro http://mandeep.nokiamobileblog.com/fix-certificate-error/ read this and follow the instructions.this will allow you to install themes now.Then download the New theme like blue shine from my blog,it is in .zip file first of all unzip it using your pc.then transfer the theme file which is in .sis format to you phone’s memory card.Then go to phone’s file manager,open the folder where you transfer the theme file,then click on it .it will start installation of theme,accept it.The theme will be installed without any problem.
